健身練線條 - 健身

我想請問我主要是要練線條應該多次數輕重量還是少次數重重量小弟之前完全沒有練過身上算是脂肪比較高的目前都有搭配有氧運動在實施只是不知道該怎麼做要先把肌肉練大在練線條嗎還是可以直接練線條那大概要把次數控制在幾下左右一次三組這樣夠了嗎??謝謝哦
