首先我先說一下我身體狀況。自從上了國中到現在20多歲了,就沒有再運動過,體重沒有再增加過,也沒再長高過。國小身高就170了到現在還是一樣體重也是維持在54到58之間因為那時候迷上了網路遊戲日夜顛倒常常熬夜通霄不睡覺持續了五、六年都這樣。後來又染上了抽菸(戒不掉了)。學校的體能測驗��
