小弟身高175,體重68健身有一些時間了(半年左右),剛開始練時覺的整體有些變化胸,手臂都明顯變大但一段時間後,感覺停住了,整體變化不大重量也加不上去胸,手臂感覺無法越練越大很多人叫我增加體重多吃,小弟也有再喝高蛋白但覺得效果不大不知道該如何是好請各位大大幫忙p.s:一個禮拜上3~5天的健身房,
