我是男大學生,身高170體重49~50(理想體重60~65)體脂肪5~7%從小就一直很瘦,好像是因為腸胃吸收不好所以一直都吃不胖最近開始想藉由運動看食慾跟吸收會不會變好請問:1.做重訓對我有幫助嗎?2.什麼食物能幫助我增胖?3.有什麼其他能幫助我增胖的建議?4.上健身房會反而讓我更瘦嗎?
