深蹲完隔天後腦勺開始痛 - 重訓

最近一個月迷上重訓,四天前第一次體驗深蹲結果隔天左側後腦勺開始有疼痛感,但用手去壓不會痛之後幾天重訓時,出力越大後腦杓就越會有脹、疼的感覺尤其是全身都會出力氣的動作,例如拉單槓、硬舉、深蹲感覺沒做幾下就有血液往後腦衝上去的感覺一開始會不敢出太大力量去做重訓不過30分鐘��
