小弟運動已經7個多月了冬天體重都維持在65kg左右但是可能是夏天汗流特別多從6月到現在已經掉了5kg剩60公斤請問要怎麼辦?我平常都很少吃零食三餐都正常吃只是晚餐都吃麵包聽人家說運動前不要吃太飽所以我都只吃1個或2個麵包請問有什麼辦法讓體重不要一直掉如果一直掉手臂肌肉會消下去嗎我都晚��
