如題我現在的身高體重是160/46但是我身體的肉全部都軟趴趴的,像屁屁都不緊實,垮垮的(好醜好自卑),大腿的肉也很嚴重,走路都會晃...再加上手臂也一樣,整個就是軟到不行...小復也很大,怎麼瘦都瘦不下來...現在的體重是減肥下來的...之前胖到70KG過,但是我是靠不吃飯瘦下來的,短時間內一下子瘦的,身體也有很多肥胖紋(再度自卑)...不知道有什麼運動方式可以解決我的問題...仰臥起坐?踩腳踏車?抬腿?還是說跑步或健身房呢?其實我自己覺得我體重沒有很重了...問題是出在運動...請不要留廣告或跟我說吃什麼減肥藥的,謝謝^_<
