各位大家好小弟有個煩惱,我是位高三南生.因為快要畢業了,畢業當天要成果發表.必須脫光上衣,上台跳舞.小弟我身材176cm體重90kg有許多的贅肉和男性女乳症(些微)想要在這兩個月好好調整體型.小弟平常有做一些運動例如:到假日就去打籃球和跑步.睡前都會仰臥起坐60下伏地挺身30下.可以摸得出一點點腹肌
