八塊肌、胸肌、前臂肌 - 仰臥起坐

各位好~我是個高二生...168cm、53kg目前家裡的器材有滾輪+弧形仰臥起坐板目前有六塊肌,但是形狀是要出力才看的見,沒出力根本看不太出來肚子其實沒什麼肉不知道是不是脂肪蓋住了??如果想練下腹部那兩塊腹肌的話變成八塊肌仰臥起坐應該是練不到下腹部吧??那滾輪可以練到嗎??組次及每組的次數大概多
