請問各位大大~很瘦大概身高180~體重63~最近想把身材練壯一點~所以開始做重量順練~(啞鈴是16磅ㄉ)我1個星期練3天~1.3.5練~2.4.6休息~我練的方法是~啞鈴30下手臂貼近身體~3組~做完30下休息1分鍾後繼續做~啞鈴上下往天空推舉3組25下~伏立挺身25下3組~仰臥起坐50下1組~運動時間大概15至20分鐘~做完運動30分鐘內我
