我是讀夜校早上又要上班我是那種要睡覺時要翻來覆去才睡得著的人所以想凌晨時去跑步跑步多1600差不多可以練體力又能幫我快點睡著但我又聽朋友說凌晨時跑步對身體不好請問是真的?事會愈跑愈傷身?還有熬夜體力會下降嗎?
