你好本身172/50過輕最近開始重訓想請教蛋白質補充的辦法因為我們家主素食所以肉蛋白沒辦法攝取過多頂多中午會吃到肉我想要少量多餐一天大約5~6餐請給我一天的飲食譜可包含:黃豆豆漿蛋玉米豆腐皮水果(請舉例)<--這些大概是我能自己弄到的我還是學生不好意思如有更多"植物性"蛋白請告訴我
