我現在是禮拜一禮拜四會到健身房做2組80下仰臥起坐騎半小時腳踏車禮拜五做2組80下仰臥起坐做重訓做輕的練線條然後騎半小時腳踏車禮拜一到四都會練柔道沒有很操大多到那邊對練然後如果練的早就去操場跑個步每天都會做3組30下伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐然後等到越練越有體力會每天晨跑這是沒有意外的�
