我身高180體重6519歲自己在家一天之中會舉個200~300下的啞鈴(約7KG)伏地挺身約200仰臥起坐約200~300但這樣已經持續3個月好像也沒什麼明顯要出點力氣才看的到可是似乎好像是肉不夠多還是練的不夠或是需要飲食方面需要吃些什麼麻煩各位幫我列個一天當中所需要吃的東西..有問題還會再補充希望練身體的��
