我最近買了一本韓國健身教練的健身書裡面有提到一組20下 做四組我現在使用的啞玲是7.5公斤 一次推舉大概可以做13~15下要一次做到20下困難度滿高的可是我怕調輕啞玲重量 怕練不到肌肉我想把肌肉練的租壯 該怎麼選擇?啞玲重量調輕調重 對肌肉有什麼不同的影響?
