利用走路來運動健身,效果如何?會運動傷害嗎?我(是男生)每天的傍晚都會出去走路來運動健身,每次都連續走兩個小時倒三個小時之間,偶爾中間會停一下、或是找個地方坐一下(約五分鐘),請問:我這樣的運動方式,運動健身的效果如何?會有動傷害嗎?因為我每天走完的時候,都覺得腳很酸。另
