我高中生173cm現在80KG現在每天早餐正常午餐正常(大概一碗飯菜的量)晚餐吃的很少,有時甚至沒吃睡前伏地挺身10下仰臥起坐20下也喝很多水大概至樣子已持續快2星期了,但體重也才少1點多KG而已是我方法錯誤嗎?還是另有其原因???我快瘋了救救我~~~
