我是女生由於再2個月就要實習了但我的工作是關於房務所以體力要很好而且力氣要大因此想問大家有什麼方法可以增加自己的力氣並讓體力更好(我爬坡的時候會有點喘)我聽說有伏地挺身和(肌耐力)和跑步(肺活量)要在什麼時間運動比較好呢伏地挺身除了可以練肌耐力也會讓力氣變大嗎怎樣才不會造成運
