我是女生162公分57公斤我上個禮拜2跑兩公里跑步機~連續到禮拜5~禮拜671就沒跑了飲水每天喝2000cc不喝飲料不吃零食早餐隨便吃~中餐量只有一半~晚餐有十吃個兩三口飯在多吃菜~或是吃個水果後來我在禮拜1量體重結果一點都沒變1:我想在下個月中旬減到50公斤~我必須天天做運動才有可能嗎?2:不喝飲料不吃�
