我最近胖好多10公斤吧!肥得不像話,我是女生!請問水水們建議我每天快走30分鐘還是買室內健身車騎呢?我目前想到的運動就這兩種!對我來說也比較方便!我不想要廣告喔!瘦身霜阿茶類我都不要!還有啥都不吃低我也不要!請問騎室內健身車的話要吃完飯多久比較好!我是屬於慢慢騎在快快騎那型的吧!會有��
