我想問有關重量訓練的方式我的練法是做5組ˋ或是8組每組20下組跟組之間的休息時間沒在算通常是5分鐘左右吧這套練法練了一段時間了前幾次還有效啦可是最近就算練完8組當下累到死可是過幾小時ˋ或是隔天肌肉群卻"完全"沒感覺我沒有在看練幾休幾的我是看肌肉酸痛,不酸痛了就會去練請問,��
