我現今~身高159cm/重79kg。懷孕前61kg/要生產當天101kg/生產後第二天91kg/胸圍G罩杯也要減胸。。國小2年級就發育了,家族只有我一人這樣。。小孩現今2歲9個月還喝母奶,不想因自己減肥讓孩子喝下母奶拉肚子。。請問這種情況怎麼辦ㄋ?我現在有上長日班,週休二日。這種情況要怎樣減才okㄋ?老
