小弟我身高177體重72!是個喜歡健身的高中生!但因為附近沒有健身房!!也根本沒錢上健身房!所以買了啞鈴*1(16磅)及滾輪*1(最近才買)回家使用!也有做伏地挺身及仰臥起坐!!老實說我運動已經快兩年了!但是效果並不明顯!!胸肌.二頭肌頂多比別的同學大一點點而已!沒有辦法練得很壯!像男模的身材!我也有跑步�
