小弟最近剛開始健身and減脂減重我都去健身房,先快走30~40分鐘,然後開始重量訓練1小時左右,一禮拜約3~4天大概進行了2個多禮拜了我身高178,體重約73,很多人都說我身高配上體重是ok的但我的肚子因為以前常亂吃東西喝酒,有啤酒肚,最近去健身房體重有降了2~3公斤但我主要是要受肚子不是要減重��
