我加入健身中心已經第三天了以前我只上過瑜伽課所以是第一次加入健身中心器材部份現場都有教練教只是我不好意思問教練減肥計畫==比如說…我昨天踩了約40分鐘的腳踏車今天腳就很酸而且覺得腳好像變粗了==可是我昨天我都有勤勞的做伸展晚上洗完澡還按摩小腿睡前還抬腿5分鐘是我做的太過�
