前陣子吃的比較多想說就順便健身某天一站上體重計竟然從58-->64於是我就決定開始減肥這幾天仍然有繼續健身但發現..體重下降的速度比以前還要慢太多了害我有點沮喪請問這到底是怎麼回事呢?現在的肌肉狀態是我想要的(我只想保持不想再壯所以我每天都做一樣的量沒有再增加)但是還是有一些肥肉�
