做仰臥起坐消耗的熱量較多?還是做家事消耗的熱量較多?仰臥起坐一次是50下,做家事有:掃地、拖地、曬衣服等,哪一個比較好呢?若兩個都做,是不是消耗的更多?也希望各位水水們把自己做的運動說出來分享,而且要有瘦身效果的唷!
