請問各位大大:本人很怕熱,愛美又懶得動,天天坐在辦公室,不意外的是,腹部下半身與大腿也越漸粗壯可有何運動最能修飾身體的曲線?太極導引?游泳?肚皮舞?瑜珈(哪一種瑜珈好像很多派別)我家近天母,可有好的學習教室可以介紹?老師親切,價格實惠,可長期學習的環境。謝謝!!...Show
