方法一:自己舉啞鈴、滾輪、伏地挺身、抬腿、仰臥起坐。頻率:1~2天方法二:健身房頻率:一次/週去健身房做完通常肌肉會痠痛三天左右,星期日要打球所以一個禮拜一次在星期三。自己做的話酸個一天就差不多了,星期一至五可以做三、四次。想要知道哪種方式對健身比較有效!?謝謝大家~
