我之前車禍受過傷所以不能跑跳只能走路運動但是一些增強心臟的有氧運動幾乎都會用到腳比如跑步打網球跳舞等這些對我不適合我不是喜歡劇烈運動而是偶爾要讓心跳一百三時下增強心肺功能
