1.每天舉啞鈴25~30下,大概舉個3~5次左右2.一天舉啞鈴500到1000下,然後休息個2~3天,如此循環...哪種會比較快練出肌肉呢?請詳細說明理由...謝謝~還有像第2項的練法,會太過量嗎?
