啥米是重訓?如何重訓?有什麼運動方法?我很瘦但腰兩側水桶越來越大,如何排解?我現在在練馬拉松,跟重訓會有衝突嗎?平常我都練全仰臥起坐、伏地挺身和啞鈴,練到大臂跟小臂差很多(骨架小手腕細)胸部倒是沒啥成長,請問我該怎麼練習才能強化胸腹肌和小臂,謝謝。我的工具只有ㄇ字器和16
