幾年前我自己在家裡健身一年半...伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐然而因為坐了一兩個月之後有明顯進步之後卻一直無法再進步我做的次數也不多因此就荒廢了....我在一開始健身的時候是6X公斤體重越來越重了...現在88了..能坐的次數也更有限=='我想請問有效的鍛鍊這四個地方三頭二頭腹肌背肌我不需要形狀也��
