請問一下唷~我是天天做仰臥起坐8組一組25然後仰臥抬腿25X3加上一個側腹肌訓練的20X3左右邊...請問一下我現在腹肌有看的到一點點六個可是不是很明顯那樣很出來請問這樣訓練沒錯嗎?要在幾個月才會有嗎??想儘快有原本肚子蠻多肉的現在變很少看的到一點腹肌了~又硬硬的就是腹肌沒有很明顯獨立六個出
