我高一身高180以上不到185體重80左右我的肚子有滿多贅肉的我想練腹肌不要器材練腹肌要先瘦肚子媽!?如果要要怎樣瘦肚子才是最好的還有要怎樣練腹肌我目前仰臥起坐80下抬腿30腳踏車100這樣做對媽還是要改善或增加次數除了這樣還有別的練腹肌方法還有練腹肌要注意到什麼???
