我目前高一身高192體重87(不用考慮生長問題..我不想再長高了)想減到80公斤並練出腹肌胸肌和手部肌肉(要勻稱協調,不要那種像健美先生一樣大的)請問1.我應該吃哪些(目前晚餐都吃水果,瘦的蠻快的)?2.需要怎麼健身(避免運動傷害)?3.買啥器材呢(目前有2個10磅啞鈴)?4.目前不知道是不是仰臥起坐姿勢不對�
