請問已經下定決心控制體重的我已經"一星期"每日熱量1300大卡每天晚餐在五點前吃完真的成功的掉了一公斤但今晚有聚餐不得不吃了超乎控制的熱量脂肪會迅速囤積嗎如果明天再吃更少一點有沒有補救效果?還是說...我這個禮拜的努力就都白費了?
