我今年24歲170公分58公斤每天都是伏地挺身約100下-分3次,拉單槓8下-分3次,腹肌訓練(V字、抬腿)15下-分3次,但這樣持續練了2個月了,有結實沒錯,但是感覺不到肌肉更壯大更肥大,有點想去健身房靠儀器來訓練,但又怕對身體不健康。1.以上我的訓練有錯嗎?2.上健身房的話會不會更矮?3.我24歲了還想再�
