我目前國一要升國二身高172cm體重53kg體型算中等!!我目前練的是投手(1年多了)最高球速也只到88km/h國小的時候運動很爛100公尺跑20秒現在100公尺用8分力跑13.51秒<-這樣OK嗎?我運動這麼爛高中球速有機會破140嗎?平常有再練跑步一天大概1000公尺吧!!往後會慢慢增加!平日因為要上課所以沒什麼時間練投球!假�
