我現在國2身高:168體重:52-54(請告訴我如何吃到65公斤)我現在沒有棒球隊小6開始摸棒球但我現再有跟高中(準硬式)的棒球隊一起練習(假日有教練)但沒有在操體能只有姿勢球技滴指導寒假沒練球會跟朋友去附近小學跑步(折返跑.衝刺跑)我80公尺:13.49壘球擲遠:50-55公尺球速:110(死命催才有)80-110都打滴到120不敢
