請問要怎麼在10天內打好體能基礎....目前3000跑15分伏地挺身一次可以做50下單槓可以拉7下仰臥起坐一分鐘可以到45下因為要去當兵了所以要加強一下想問各位大大怎再更上一層樓.....越詳細越好...例如睡前伏地挺身完泡杯溫牛奶跑步完30分鐘內吃飯諸如此類的......Showmore
