身高183CM體重92KG最近想練臂力.胸肌.腹肌1.臂力:我自己用水桶裝滿水,舉起放下請問這樣有助於練臂力嘛?因為我1夏標準的伏地挺身都不能做出來2.胸肌:想請問如何練胸肌3.腹肌:做仰臥起坐請問可以訓練腹肌嘛?PS:給我的方法最好是能夠自己DIY設計的或者是去器材店買個器材就可以訓練的方式我只是個高��
