我現在是個學生因為外表問題想減肥目前175公分75公斤平常已經在節食了但希望能加上運動雙管齊下我現在最想瘦肚子和大腿之前有做過仰臥起坐但是因為腰曾經受過傷所以不太適合希望能在3個月內瘦下8-10公斤左右有什麼運動是能瘦大腿和肚子的而且對腰能夠不要劇烈運動最好能增加腰部的肌肉因為醫
