我是個高中生我想練胸肌但是伏地挺身卻做的很辛苦姿勢正確但是做不到十幾下就很累而仰臥起坐都要做好久才開始酸有別的方法可以練腹部麻?希望能簡單點(能一起瘦小腹更好還有練身體要配合飲食方面要怎麼做?好比三餐吃什麼或多吃什麼食物能幫助越多的方法麻煩提供一些
