痾..小弟年紀不大還在青春期現在開始練肌肉會長不高嗎??進入正題我想知道1.胸肌練法除了伏地挺身還有什麼?{我最多只能做到30下}2.腹肌要怎麼練我從國二開始做仰臥起坐從30下開始每一天增加2下到66下時從新可是到現在高一了只有上腹部很硬中層跟下層還是沒什麼變化{我有小腹}3.手臂的肌肉怎麼練比
