目前小弟國二,163/50右投手均速100~105MAX有過113有伸卡球滑球幫我助陣不過唯一就是我不是球隊的學生平日只有跑步馬克操甩毛巾這一些訓練六日是跑步+投補練習我還是覺得這樣真的不能滿足我是否能給個訓練菜單不是做重量訓練以外其他我會通吃想要去考高中的棒球隊3Q...Showmore
