身高165cm體重58kg---------------------我每天早上起來做100~200下仰臥起坐和20~30下伏地挺身這樣會不會長不高?我放學回家會跳500~1200下跳繩這樣有幫助嗎?我11點多睡著5點多起來這樣睡眠夠嗎?三餐幾乎都吃外面要避免吃ㄧ些什麼得食物?肚子的脂肪很厚有甚麼運動可以瘦?腿不之前給中醫看他說我這是運動後所產
