小弟每兩天會做拉單槓7*3組仰臥起坐20*3組伏地挺身20*3組(雖不多不過慢慢來)這樣可以練到什麼呢?這幾天會再買啞鈴來做重量訓練,我想練胸肌,腹肌,斜方肌,這樣我該怎麼練呢?還需要什麼配備嗎?
