想鍛鍊身體聽說可以做重量訓練但是不知道怎麼作我是高中生汽車科但是有點弱我想用沙袋(綁腳那種)一雙約10磅加上啞鈴8.8磅約4kg請問我該怎麼作加上我有遺傳到漏斗胸醫生說可以多做伏地挺身吊單槓...等因為漏斗胸我耐力也有不足是否可以幫我用週計畫來排時間作出一張時間表把體能訓練復健加在一
