我去重訓的地方seatedrow有兩個把手可握,一個是兩手掌向下,一個是兩手掌向內。感覺兩手掌向下握的姿勢才能訓練到側三角肌。請問我的觀念正確嗎?這姿勢可使肩膀變寬嗎健身房內除了啞呤,最能練到側三角肌使肩膀變寬的機器是seatedrow嗎
